I really enjoy the Tiger Driver '91, it's the greatest move ever haha. The Burning Hammer isn't too far behind though.

From a pure visual standpoint I'd have to say the Tiger Suplex. For some reason I've just always marked out for it huge. A nice Dragon Suplex would be close though.
From the standpoint of the psychology of wrestling, Stan Hansen's lariat because it was a finisher where he didn't have to make adjustments based on his opponent's size or strength. As an example of what I mean, when the Undertaker still used a Tombstone as his finisher he'd often get into feuds with other giant guys (Yokozuna, Giant Gonzales etc.) and be forced into doing something else because his finisher was totally useless in those situations, where as Hansen stuck with the same finish for a hundred years because it worked on everyone.

Yoshida's Air Raid Crash.
The visual impact of the one she hit against Akino in their 1/99 match is incredible.

I have to go with the Shining Wizard. It's a great move, and just like Stan Hansen's Western Lariat, anyone can use it against anyone.

I'll have to second the Tiger Suplex. I first saw it when I was about thirteen, when Ultimo Dragon was tear assing his way through WCW with that hold for his finisher. I didn't think anyone could kick out of that move.
I also didn't understand why he didn't call it the "Dragon suplex" since he had "Dragon" in his name, but I was still five years away from watching any sort of puroresu on a regular basis. What did I know?

IM GOING TO HAVE TOO SAY: WELL IT PROBABLY HAS A NAME BUT I CALL IT THE SLEEPER HOLD SUPLEX. JOHNNY ACE AND KOBASHI USES IT. MISAWA ALSO USED IN A DIFFERENT VARIATION ON KOBASHI IN ALL JAPANS GIANT SERIES 1998. MY SECOND WOULD BE STAN HANSENS LARIOT IN HIS EARLY YEARS, SOME TIME THE OPPONET NEVER KNOWS WHEN ITS COMING

maybe I'm showing my age here, but the late Gary Albright had a monsterous Full Nelson Suplex - I've seen alot of people do it, but Gary made it look like it would kill you!

As far as flashy finishers, I'd have to say the Stardust Press or Abdullah's elbow drop ;D.
As far as impact finishers, the Double-Arm DDT and the Western Lariat...though I still mark for the old school Thunder Fire Powerbomb (the single knee one).

I am old fashioned, like the cradle piledriver or spike piledriver myself. Though I always like Savage's flyng elbow drop.

Savage's elbow drop was a thing of beauty. I was always of the opinion that the point of a top rope move was the impact, not the number of flips you can do. At least to me, something like a 450 splash isn't any more effective than a regular top rope splash.
I've always been a fan of the Splash Mountain myself. And I know this may get me some flack, but I really like A-Train's Derailer (over the shoulder backbreaker drop) finisher in WWE. It's a visually impressive move that's perfect for a big man/power wrestler.
Also I dig the Hercules Cutter/H50/whatever Kanyon called it when he was using it. Another visually impressive move (as long as it's done PROPERLY).

Savage's elbow drop was a thing of beauty. I TOTALLY agree. Back in the day it was like Randy just "hung" there in the air before smashing down on his opponents. Kobashi's Burning Hammer is also the epitome of brutal finishers. I don't think anyone's mentioned the joshi puroresu - I'm not sure what it was called, but what about Megumi Kudo's backslide piledriver... thingy? Did anybody else do that? I remember when I first saw her drop that on Combat Toyota back in FMW and I sat up in my chair and went "OOWWW!!!!"

If you are referring to the FMW 5/5/96 card, then I was saying "OOWWW!!!" to the botched powerbomb before the finish...

Not sure of the date as I saw it on Tokyo Pop's FMW DVD series(skipping the horrible commentary, of course)... Kudo could take some damage - on their "Ripped To Shreds" DVD there's a barbedwire match between her and Shark Tsuchiya and she took 4 powerbombs before finally breaking the table they were slamming her lower back into... and Kudo bled buckets between the barbed wire and the sickle.
