I did not enjoy creating this category at all. And I bet I missed a few lemons to put on the list.
Just imagine - this list excludes:
5/14 Tokyo Dome: Mutoh vs. Ron Waterman
7/13 Fukuoka Int'l Center: "Captain Hustle" Naoya Ogawa vs. "Hollywood" Tadao Yasuda in the $1 million dollar match
7/18 Sapporo: Tenzan vs. Fujita (IWGP Heavyweight Title)

I missed the nominations, so I'm glad that Yone vs Scorpio got in. Rikio vs Saito was bad but more in a dull way than a business-exposing, unprofessional way.
I avoided the 10/8 tag, so I'm going to guess that I made the right call.

I missed some of these. But the fact that Muto vs. Waterman didn't make it screams all that needs to be screamed.

I'll give it to Scorp/Yone. That match just screamed to me, "Why? WHY?" How Scorpio still is considered something in NOAH, no matter how small, is amazing to me.

I'm shocked the 3 way and Ultimate Crush from 1/4 aren't on here...

Any match that has Mark Jindrak and Kendo Kashin in it is gonna be BAD... Nakanishi is the worst worker in that match, or any match.
