It's hard for this because the matches that were deemed great in the heavyweight department were all overrated. The most fun out of that list was the Taue/Rikio match. I'll stick with the 11/5 tag because there were a lot of cool sequences and they let the little guys really do the brunt of the work.

Kojima/Tenzan on 2/20. A historic match. I mean IWGP Champ VS Triple Crown champ! How cool is that. Plus, the match was really good, with an imo, cool finish.

For those wondering why the Kobashi vs. Sasaki match from 7/18 Tokyo Dome is not listed, the board for some reason rejected that line of code. Go figure. It will be noted in the final awards tally.
